After 4 months of jogging... I finally reached 14.04km run in 1 hr 43 mins 33 secs. The most I accomplished was 11km.
Am I satisfied?
Not entirely. Thought it would be somewhere around 1hr 35 mins or 38 mins. To pacify myself, I gave myself a pat on the back since this is the 1st time for me to be reaching 14km. My target was 15km

Ah.. ok, why not? Good excuse to eat anything I like since I've burnt 703 calories.
I think working out following the P90x and yoga has helped to increase my stamina. And the weather is important too. There wasn't any hot sun shining into my eyes nor barbecuing my skin.
Why stopped at 14km by the way?
I started to feel a little pressure on my right knee cap. I must be running the wrong way due to tiredness (lack of sleep is terribly bad) and I was very thirsty. Didn't wear the shoe properly too I think. I've got 5cents size blister on my left big toe, filled with blood. Ouch!
15km! That was the initial target actually.
Darn, need to remember to bring a bottle of water with me! Super duper thirsty!
