How long more to reach 10km?
The mind started hallucinating -- GUILTY! -- uuuu...icy cold blended 'cendol', 'durian' smoothies, rich creamy chocolate ice cream... the MORE sinful it is, the better to fulfill this hunger pang that I am experiencing while running on treadmill! Yummilicious...
The head is playing tricks on me! Constantly I have to rivet my mind and eyes to the outside window staring at green trees. Stay away! Stay focus! Steer away from thinking of food! Ohhhmmmmm...medidate, focus! I wasn't starving at all really. I had a great lunch today - 'steam fish hor fun noodles' and dim sum. Arghh side effect?

I officially clocked in 8km in 60-65 mins today. That probably translates to finishing 10km at about 1 hour and 10 to 20 minutes time frame.
Hopefully I can do better than that next time. The Penang Bridge International Marathon 10k run competition time frame is 1.5hours.
Lesson of the day - the food hallucination probably made me run faster, powered with determination to quickly finish the line! Would that work for you? haha
I didn't even sign up for the marathon! Simply just challenging and stretching myself :) If you are one of them who wish to do something different and beyond, don't give up! Dream or hallucinate, let the mind wander, whatever it is that makes you feel better, happy, and doing it better or faster!
